Getting Started

L-mail is an easy to use software solution specifically designed for sending
letters, marketing pieces, postcards, and other documents as real mail from a computer to nearly any address worldwide. Our mission at Letter-Matics is to provide the easiest, most convenient and powerful mailing tool in an enviromentally sensitive manner.

The process is a 5-step program.

Select or create a document (usually a Word file)
Select any additional files (usually existing PDF files) to add to the envelope
Select the envelope's return address
Select the addressee information
Send

Letter-Matics will print, fold, insert, address, seal, affix postage, and delivery to the
US Postal Service, FedEX, UPS, or DHL as per your instructions.

This can be further automated becoming a 3-step routine known as 'Just Mail It'.
Basically, you select a document, verify the address, and 'Just Mail It' using your personal defaults.

There is no easier way to manage mailings; period.

Compatible Output Versions

L-mail is compatible with the following Microsoft Office products:

MS Office Word- Office 2007, Office 2003, and XP versions
MS Office Excel or PowerPoint - inserts files as printed PDF documents
MS Office Outlook - imports names and addresses directly from Outlook into list manager
